Q: Can you recommend any floor plan if we are new in this market?
A: We will share some standard floor plans and cases for your reference.
Q: What kind of insulation you are providing?
A: Nowadays, the Rockwool sandwich panel is the most popular one since the fireproof of it is Grand A, not burning. Of course, we could also provide PU, EPS sandwich panels, etc., depending on customers’ requests.
Q: Do you provide good insulation since our place is extremely hot/cold?
A: The thickness of the sandwich panel can be from 40mm to 120mm, according to customers, and we also provide very good insulation for the roof and floor.
(Some of our competitors only provide roof insulation, not the floor. So you have to check carefully.)
Q: What is your production capacity?
A: The production capacity could reach 800 units per month.
Q: How to install the container house? Can you dispatch your engineer to our site?
A: We will send you an installation video for your reference. We could also dispatch our engineer to your place to guide the local workers for the installation if the engineer is needed.
Q: What do you do for quality control?
A: We have complete QC in the manufacturing system, including raw material, cutting/welding/rust removal/painting/electricity & packing.
Q: Do you have any certificate for it?
A: We have ISO, SGS, and CE certificates. In the European market, a CE certificate is necessary for the container house project.
