President Yu Fangwei’s Address on Enterprise Management to Zhisland Private Advisory Board -container houses supplier

On June 3, 1:30 pm, President Yu Fangwei was invited to the Zhisland Advisory Board Meeting titled Meeting Dayang held by Suzhou Dayang Commercial Equipment Co., Ltd. to share his experience of enterprise management with Suzhou Industrial Park Teams Technology Co., Ltd, Wujiang, Youfei Textile co., LTD and other successful enterprises.

Located in Wangzhuang industrial park of Changshu, Jiangsu Province, Suzhou Dayang Business Equipment was founded in 1996 and has developed as a leading storage facilities supplier that provides a variety of supermarket facilities, including supermarket shelves, storage shelves, and other relative products. Dayang has developed good production, inspection, and test equipment through decades of effort and has obtained ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and inspection exemptions for export.

During the meeting, President Yu talked about his experience in team management, which consists of five key points - politeness, power, promise, confidence, and model. He emphasized the importance of communication through his great sense of humor, rich expression, vivid examples, and videos. As the speech ends, the audience bursts into applause. Learned much from the speech, and other attendees all showed their approval of applying this "five keys" method to their enterprise management. At last, President Langlang at Dayang showed them around the sample rooms and workshops and described the production process details over the course of the trip.
